I think you're mistaking me for a powerlifter.
I trained for strongman. I don't need 8 sets of warm up just so I can put on a bench shirt or a squat suit, do half a rep with 9 spotters and make my eyeballs implode.
I lifted big ass uneven objects with raw power. How is that not functional lol?
