Doesn't really matter. You have plenty of time between sets to put whatever weight she wants on.

I've lifted with a few girls before and wasn't much different than working out with guys except that people are more jealous of you when it's a good looking girl.

I don't get this.

This is like a warm up... She'll go into comp working with light weights as a max? Is she small or just a novice?

I feel like if I were to join a comp and pull that I'd get embarrassed/made fun of?
