Seen a lot of people lose 20-45 pounds in 4 - 12 weeks. BUDS

Just have a mentality of a military family.

Hard work pays and never skip a day. You'll be jacked until you're 70 years old.

That's the plan, competition wise I am down 41 lbs with two weeks left. Worked out for 2 hours today, tempted to walk later. The key for me was the diet, I was eating a lot. I have always lifted 5+ days a week for the past 1.5 years and 3-7 days a week for the few years before that. I love the lifting part, it's the diet part that was hard for me, but that shouldn't be an issue after I hit my goal. I'll keep eating clean, and if I occasionally don't it won't be a problem. Pumped to get to that point.

Edit: What is BUDS?

Oh snap, yeah I'm losing weight, but I'm I'm definitely not navy seal extreme. I have a green beret friend that I worked out with twice... note the twice, I died. It was early on in my training, and my god it was tough. I could potentially survive it today, but doubtful. That shit was next level - I would love to workout with him again though.
