Jesus fuck... why'd you cut so much LOL i started weightlifting weighing around just under 150lbs at 6'1

Because 155 lbs with that being a majority of muscle looks a hell of a lot different that someone who has never lifted and weighs 150 lbs

body weight crunches are a waste of time... get on a machine or use a pulley 12-15 reps heavy each set

also lose fat
