no really, I would do it if it wasn't for my erratic deadlift schedule and overall lack of training. Been hardly hitting the gym these past 1.5 months
on top of that my deadlift schedule has gone like this: PR'd back in Nov of 2012, then did maybe 3-4 more dead sessions until March of 2013. Stopped deadlifting altogether there to focus solely on size. Deadlifted for about ~4 weeks for a local, charitable competition back in the summer at some point, then stopped from there again.
I'd be too weak now haha. Prob would struggle with around 550 for a 1RM and I weigh 235 so I'm also out of the range you specified.
Pretty much this + year
Pr'ed 530 or so ~nov 13, only have Dl'ed a few times since then.
no gym past two months because of school.
Tho i'm planning on going hard once I finish exams Monday, and incorporating gym into my schedule next semester.
