Well, it's pretty obvious that this guy has been working out his whole life. That's by looking at the picture on the left.

That's how i will look after 3-5 weeks of not working out.

So, going from that to decently ripped in 3 months is not that hard for him.

So 3 years...it's not really a big deal.

The big deal here is he won it.

It's an amazing achievement on its own.

the fact that he looked like that 3 years earlier does not impress me at all. You should see how these hardcore athletes will loook after 3-10 weeks of not training lol.
