There's always going to be someone better than you somewhere in the world on any given day. You have to compete against your own records and be better than you were last month, last week, and yesterday.

im natural, i consider my genetics as freak, i workout 7 days a week, i eat 9 times a day which makes 9000 healthy calories, im just 17 years old and im as good as the most who compete in mens physique and im planing to compete there in 2015
but if you dont give the best of you no matter what kind of genetincs or how gifted u are, u will be nowhere if theres no hard work, check my transformation in instagram..
my advice is to do something that u find not normal for you, do something that nobody else does and then u will see progress of it

i like working hard because i enjoy training, not because i wanna have the best physique in the world

06:00 1kg cheese full fat / 2 capsels fish oil / 1 capsel multivitamin / 1 capsel potassium (after wake up)
09:00 500g curd full fat
10:50 500g curd full fat
12:45 1kg chicken chest
13:45 100g cheese no fat / pre workout 1 scoup / creatine 1 scoup (pre workout)
13:46-15:29 1 scoup bcaa (during workout)
15:30 500g cheese no fat / 3 bananas / 1 scoup creatine / 2 capsels fish oil / 1 capsel multivitamin (big ones, about 600-700g) (post workout)
18:00 1kg bananas
21:00 1kg sweet potatoes
21:30 3 egg whites / 1 banana / 2 capsels fish oil / 2 capsels sesamin (small one about 100-150g) (before bed)

thats my normal day
e: saturday a lil bit different, i go later in bed and wake up later, same shit just different hours also sometimes i eat brown rice instead of sweet potatoes
