check the distribution, over 90% of that aid goes to military aid, how's that creating future growths in gdp when it's not in the least bit rerouted to production/export industries?
i don't really expect you to know anything about domestic economy, or economy in general, but try not to make a case when you know nothing of the subject at hand.
