yeah an exaggeration but I could actually do 30 right now I bet.
Last time I touched a flat bench I could do like 20 reps of 135 (Month or so ago?). 20lbs less than that might not sound like a lot but it makes a huge difference in # of reps when you start getting down there in weight.

ok 30 days from OP is sept 20 correct? I may actually do this for shits. Doubt I'll train for it though.
Also, can we pause at the top once we begin fatiquing? or does the bar have to stay in constant motion?
reason I ask is you'll probably have people waiting 5-10 seconds at the top and then pumping out a few more reps over and over again at the end.
