Snacks throughout the day:

- 3 scoops Bio-X Xtreme Power Whey Isolate: 390 calories
- 4 tbsp nuts-n-more peanut butter: 316 calories
- 2 large banana's: 210 calories
Lunch at Wendy's:
- Poutine: 680 calories
- 2 Spicy Chicken Breast Sandwiches: 1010 calories
- Large Sprite (+ refill): 600 calories
- Large Chocolate Frosty: 600 calories
Dinner at McDonalds:
- 2xAngus Third Pounder - Deluxe: 1560 calories
- 10 White Meat CHICKEN McNUGGETS: 460 calories
- large fries: 560 calories
- large sprite (+refill): 580 calories
- Regular size oreo mcflurry: 570 calories
That's 8,800 calories and easy to eat if you spread out breakfast lunch and dinner (e.g. 3-4 hours or more in between meals). Only 1,200 more calories to go to hit that magic 10K mark...few more snacks should achieve that...e.g. chips?
I could even replace stuff with a huge pizza...those things are calorie dense too...
I used to eat like a pig in University...eating what I listed above would be easy.
