dang u hold ur weight well...if i was 197 [we're same height] id be a fat fck but u look just fine
gz on transformation
i have a longtime friend whos been fat all his life, ~340 lbs , just refuses to change -.-
i even try to tell him about iifym bc he wont diet bc he doesnt want to eat 'healthy'

So yeah unfortunately I do not have any saved pictures of me taken through my progress. I started somewhere in Feburary 2013. So this picture was taken when I was at my heaviest.

I do not know my body fat %. I have a doctors apt the 15th before I return home to have it calculated. I start keto the 15th and I begin to focus on my new ab workout to tighten it up.

My goal by the end of August is 170 pounds. Hopefully I can do this by then. Also, I'll be home instead of at college so I can do my own grocery shopping.

What I used while changing my life:

ON Gold Standard Whey
ON Fiber (recently started this)
ON Micronized Creatine (recently started this)
Now! Adam (multi vitamin)
Now! Omega 3-6-9 (fish oil)
Gat Jet Fuel (pre-workout) - I've only used 180 capsules but I plan on stocking up before the summer

ofc it isn't "true" 2 lb in 5 days but I do keep all the variables constant as best as possible before each weigh-in

I still have a long way to go but I think after this summer and constantly doing abs, I'll go through another transformation :)

I think my biceps look significantly bigger now than the time of this picture in such a short amount of time.
I've moved up in weights since then

Still have that fat at the lower part of my stomach like I said, hopefully I can tighten it up.. My chest sticks out a lot then it goes inwards in the middle then outwards at the bottom so right now I don't like the way I look.

Need to do core/abs and lose more BF over the summer ;)

p.s roommate in the back, doesn't lift.

Stopped Keto diet.

Did it for 3 weeks.

I also stopped taking any pre-workout pills (I now just drink 3 cups of Green Tea every day)

Stopped Creatine for 2 weeks. I will jump back on this now that I'll be consuming more carbs everday.
Going to go back to just eating healthy, low amount of carbs and try to get at least 1g of protein per pounds.

P.S. I'm at 188 pounds as of 7 days ago (confirmed using a doctor's scale)

Reviving this.

On June 10th 2014 I stopped working out and dieting. I weighed myself at 185 pounds at the doctor.

I spent the best summer of my life with my girlfriend who came to visit from England and spent the entire summer with me in NJ so I of course spent a lot of time and enjoyed a lot of foods with her :)

Started working out again on August 25th 2014.

Weighed at 204 on my first day back so I gained almost 20 pounds of fat over the summer and lost muscle.

I now weigh 198 and I am in full swing with my diet and gym routine :)


I found another before picture:



Here is a picture of me at 185ish:



Don't really have a current picture of me right now at 198, but I guess it's very close to the first picture of this topic in the before/after

There isn't any problem with creatine and lower carb diets bud. :P

The change is real though. If you showed me both pictures without telling me, I'd probably have a hard time recognizing you.

You look lighter than the numbers suggest though, which is good in a sense.

190 -191 pounds

Will post again in a few weeks.. Progress (scale wise) is slow.

P.S never attended for this to be my progress pic but I'm lazy.

So here is one before going to England where I gained 13 pounds and stopped going to the gym :P Had a blast though! I'm at 195 now still cutting...
