Probably 25 to 30 lbs before I start a clean bulk. I'd like to be somewhere between 170 and 180. Not sure what will look healthy with my frame. Been awhile since I was sub 200 :P

try to e-stat at all to try to impress people

I agree with the guy that said you should aim for a higher squat though. I bench 240 and squat 315x1 a little under 90, and I consider my squat weaker

Yeah my only competition is myself. Well and my gym Buddy sometimes.. And yeah squats are by far my weakest point and I hope to make the most progress there. I've started hitting legs 2-3 times a week to build those quads.

Idk how you hammer out so much volume. I could never keep up max intensity for that period of time.

Ha I have great muscle stamina in everything but Bicep curls. I get to a point where I just can't curl even a 15. Ha

Ahh.. Haha gotcha. I love lifting. I used to spend 2+ hours at the gym every day but now I average an hour to an hour and a half. The cardio is what I can't stand :P
