I agree with the guy that said you should aim for a higher squat though. I bench 240 and squat 315x1 a little under 90, and I consider my squat weaker
Yeah my only competition is myself. Well and my gym Buddy sometimes.. And yeah squats are by far my weakest point and I hope to make the most progress there. I've started hitting legs 2-3 times a week to build those quads.
