Lightman really is a genius.

Anyway I got the page a couple more likes.

Really should post more dumbed down stuff that people will like, so the page will get more in my opinion.

People could really use some of that knowledge.

Anything dispelling common myths or just simple stuff about iifym nutrition and how it works, or how workout frequency is important, or talk about certain routines.

Anything along those lines would get more likes in my opinion.
