FRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 21-15-9 95lb thrusters and pullups 21 of each then 15 etc etc
I was getting mad anxiety leading up to this. Way more people than expected were at the box this morning so we did 3 rounds, me and my trainer and a girl went on the 3rd.
5:09! Alright time compared to my last time. Ripped my hands up good from a pussy grip strength on the final 9 but it went good.

Off to get paid a bunch of money for not doing anything then dunno what i will be doing for my afternoon workout. We'll see. Maybe take a break for Linda on saturday.

5 rounds, 75lb dumbbell 1arm snatch 20 reps alternating hands, 7 muscle ups (Or 2 pull up's 2 ring dips per rep if you cannot do muscle ups)
Sadly i only did the first round with muscle ups. Shoulder's were shot from this morning. Spent 6-7 minutes trying to get the muscle ups on the first round and said fuck it and switched.
24:22 for time. So disappointed with the muscle ups but it's something to practice. So bagged right now. Good day.
