You're right man. Im never going to finish my workout again , I will always let people take my equipment. Thank you for showing me the path to goodness.

look, i like you. Next time if something like that happens just continue as you are, and if they stop you mid set explain to them so that they won't do it to another person, and carry on. anyways, what are your stats at now ?

Okay, will do. IT happened in the moment and kinda threw me off the set ;/.

Bench 175x6
Squat 250x4
Deadlift 275 x 4
OHP 95x6 (so pathetic)


At 170 lbs , and like under 15% bf

Im on madcows now... and my diet is finally in check... Been my first month on a proper surplus and Ive made my goals of 1b a week , up to 170 from 166 .

nice, OHP is always a struggle for lots of people tho so don't worry about that its not too bad.

Well this thread took a turn. But lol at asking mid set. I would have ignored her until I finished the set and then told her how much was left.

The only thing I was scared of was her goung to the trainers and saying I've been using the rack for 30 minutes lulz
