Breaking form is how you get injured, or cheat yourself.
You obviously took what you wanted and dismissed the rest. Kinda like any know-it-alls.
Breaking form when doing higher reps isn't where you'd get injured because your muscles can handle the weight. And trust me there isn't a single strongman or bodybuilder who hasn't broken form to push out a couple extra reps. Breaking form during strength training would be idiotic.
The fact that you're not trolling kinda caught me off guard. Goes to show, I can't expect people to always be intelligent
