Bump for useless info.

Alot of that first post is garbage and completely wrong.
Example "it's okay to break form for a few sloppy reps" are you an idiot? Form is key in proper lifting.
If you don't finish the rep controlled and in proper form, you don't count it.

LOL. This is the guy in the gym curling 15s with perfect form for 100x. Stay small brah. Obviously you don't understand muscle growth at all.

I guarantee I have a better understanding than you think.
15's x 100 no . But 100 reps is golden for hypertrophy, GVT is an amazing program.

Breaking form is how you get injured, or cheat yourself.

You obviously took what you wanted and dismissed the rest. Kinda like any know-it-alls.

Breaking form when doing higher reps isn't where you'd get injured because your muscles can handle the weight. And trust me there isn't a single strongman or bodybuilder who hasn't broken form to push out a couple extra reps. Breaking form during strength training would be idiotic.

The fact that you're not trolling kinda caught me off guard. Goes to show, I can't expect people to always be intelligent :(
