Duckling I started when I was 17 or 18 offically.

Visage I hate that game but add me..theimmortalvirus

rrlegend1 the workout is to much to type..basically a lot of triples leading up to the meet then switch with double with high volume accessories

Supplements I take basic stuff, multi, protein creatine etc. If you want to know more PM me.

Burns it sucked getting my form like that it took 6 months.
Yea that was a shit shirt. the first 2 attempts it didn't give me any support and the 3rd it gave me a little and I wasn't use to it.

MoneysHc2 yes some guys bench on their toes.

TheOak butt and feet need to remain on the floor/bench
Heals off is ok.

Imo, change the bench shirt so you can beast the next comp.

Also, if you're saying it was a shit barbell for the deadlift (I believe you), then I think you should remain raw until you get a much tighter grip. Even with a good barbell, it means you would probably slip if you try to break 600lbs.

I got a new one couldn't break it in, in time for this comp.

Nah I got a good grip I just was out of gas to pull it up. I've pulled more more before.
