How is this at all relevant to your bad form? Sorry for trying to point out your flaws?

FYI i do DL 225..

You seem to enjoy talking about whatever negative sides you can find to everything. Even pros end up rounding their back a little when they got for world records.

John has amazing form and does a dead stop at the end, unlike just about everyone else. Stop criticizing and enjoy the videos he has the guts to put up here.

Well in this case, the negative sides will usually result in injury. I just gave him a suggestion so he wouldn't end up hurting his back next time. You guys take things to seriously...

What is it you don't understand in "you have no choice but to slightly differ in form when going for max weights?"

How about I explain it differently.

Generic forms are given to learn to apply the movement in order to avoid getting hurt along the way. Once you get the form down perfectly and go up in weights, you'll only keep proper form until a certain % of your max.

No matter what else you say, the arguement ends here, pro trainers, pro athletes, even big ass nigger bodybuilders do it. We're right, you're wrong. Enough with trying to point out useless shit.

I'm assuming someones knowledge of something is based on the date they joined a forum?
