How about I explain it differently.
Generic forms are given to learn to apply the movement in order to avoid getting hurt along the way. Once you get the form down perfectly and go up in weights, you'll only keep proper form until a certain % of your max.
No matter what else you say, the arguement ends here, pro trainers, pro athletes, even big ass nigger bodybuilders do it. We're right, you're wrong. Enough with trying to point out useless shit.
