thanks, I think your form would be better if you didn't have hex plates..I use them to and curse my gym every time I have to use them..I fucking hate them.
I think if you have a coach, you could correct your form easily.
I'm sure you're tired of hearing about it, but it looked like you basically Stiff legged it, but still good set.
oh and, if you want some help /w yours PM me..I've learned the hard way to get my form acceptable.
