Chicken breast ^_^

For 0.4kg of chicken

Montreal steak spice
Lemon about 1/5 of a lemon
Basil
Rosanna sauce

throw the chicken in the bag then th ingredients.

Move the bag all around make sure its all covered

Marinate over night in the fridge and good to go, i gook in ot the stove... medium low or low. i switch back and turn it over once and a while

this is for when i lack effort and maybe time, and i just have them complegz carbs and a whey shake for a meal :\

fanwood healthy chicken

1/5 teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon worchchchechester sauce
1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
6 oz of chicken breasts
a dash of salt
3 tablespoon of Chicquita's specialty sauce
freshly grinded pepper, about a teaspoon
1/2 cup of water

mix everything in a bowl, mix well, then add the water
mix again, mix well

pour everything on to the stove

cook at medium heat

serve
