Benched looked supereasy, mirin hard.
Too bad your hips seemed to fatigued a bit for the lockout on last dl. I hope you still count it as a PR though.

Why drop such a "bitch weight" at the end like that? Form seems good minus the douche move at the end.

Bouncer plates, once you start dropping it becomes a habit :/
Anyway, i will make sure to make it to the ground next time.

Btw why you do 1 rep maxes w/o spot lol :D

I like to test the guys I work with :P if I get trapped I want to see their response time. 😂😂

To be perfectly honest though, I'm fairly good at knowing my own capabilities and what energy I have left in the tank. I wouldn't try something on bench that I wasn't almost 100% sure I felt I could get, no matter the grind
