hey raynor,

i was wondering if you had a cookie cutter routine for someone just starting out (i.e. 4 or 5 day split). and should I be using any kind of protein powder after workout? i bought a box of protein bars that i was planning on consuming post workout but i'm wondering if there are better things out there.

thanks!

Any supplement/tips/anything to help fix a wrist tendinite?

I got it 10 months ago, now it barely hurt anymore.

But from time to time i'll get some pain ( once a week/2week), nothing painful but it is annoying

I'd like to chime in and say EC stacks are no joke..take half of the recommended dosage your first time ever using it to see how you react.

exactly.

which exercises has the least impact on your spine?

Least impact on the spine? Well, low-risk, low-intensity ones. Use a lot of isolation machines (rather than free-weights) and focus on everything except your back, and avoid squats, standing calf raises, or anything that stacks weight on your back.

Why do you want to know this might I ask?

The best bet is to stick to Icing it post workout, and pre-bedtime every day + taking anti-inflammatory meds like advil or ibuprofen when it acts up + use a wrist brace when lifting + avoiding lifting any excessive amounts of weight + avoid deadlifting or lat pulldowns which put tremendous strain on the wrists.

Simply put, No. It isn't generally a good habit to eat too much tuna for the mercury reason, however one can a day is not nearly enough to cause mercury poisoning. Enjoy.

Hey SKC, just curious what advice you can give me on personal training?

I.e. why did you choose the certifications you have? What made them stand apart from the rest?

Also, how did u study for them? Did you buy the extremely expensive books the sites offer, or go somewhere else?

I think thats most of what i need to know. If there is anything else you can give me as far as info for Personal training (to be one, i dont need one) is concerned lemme know

Ah I see.

In that case, follow my previous instructions. Those are the best for minimizing spinal stress at the gym.
