yeah i had injuries during the past couple of weeks and had to rest/deload for a bit. then went back to stronglifts 5x5 2 weeks ago starting with 275 and going up 10 pounds on my squat instead of 5 to get back on track as fast as possible and it went pretty well in those last 2 weeks. squat will continue to go up now but i'll go back to 2.5 increments on each side.

who cares if you're strong though. aesthetic gains will come along soon enough :)

Not exactly, strength =/= size.

only ones in my size were those bright volt ones , but whatever

bro... you'll still get size with strength training Lol. Maybe not as fast/effective as hyperthrophy but there's only a small difference.

Neuromuscular adaption , increased motor unit recruitment etc has nothing to do with making muscle fibers larger as far as i know.

Friend of mine is like 140 lbs like 5'4 , doens't look like he lifts yet deadlifts 4 plates

well, i've pretty much only did strength training and look nowhere near how i looked back when i started lifting
