the workout routine you previously posted is best used for fat loss. Once you hit your goal and want to start bulking again, let me know and I can construct you a proper plan.

yes it will...just try to get at least another 2 days of cardio in beyond the 3 day workout week. You can do cardio at home in the form of running, swimming, biking, etc.

Hey, I wanna know what you think. I was thinking of doing an EC stack or maybe clen (dunno where I'd be able to get it though), but I have high blood pressure (even though it's been in check @ normal levels for a long time now) and I'm also allergic to aspirin which is why I don't wanna do an ECA stack.

Should I do an EC or use clen? I try to keep my diet in check even though it's hard sometimes due to the crappy school meal plans; just want an extra help. Naww mean?

Hey there.

First of all, if you have a tendency towards high blood pressure and an allergy to aspirin, I must inform you of the following:

1. AVOID EC or any STIMULANT at all costs if you have high blood pressure or a tendency towards it. This could cause a stroke or heart attack.

2. DO NOT use clen. The long term effects could be even worse. It elevates your resting heart rate which can also lead to stroke or heart attack, but in addition it also can harden the walls of the heart and lead to abnormal rhythm and eventually cardiac failure.


For optimal fat loss without stimulants, try L-Carnitine 3x a day on empty stomach and +R ALA 3 times a day with meals. Also make sure to eat clean (I recommend keto w/ moderate sodium)

I'd like to chime in and say EC stacks are no joke..take half of the recommended dosage your first time ever using it to see how you react.
