yeah i had injuries during the past couple of weeks and had to rest/deload for a bit. then went back to stronglifts 5x5 2 weeks ago starting with 275 and going up 10 pounds on my squat instead of 5 to get back on track as fast as possible and it went pretty well in those last 2 weeks. squat will continue to go up now but i'll go back to 2.5 increments on each side.
