Started my back day with 24500+lbs of volume in chins.
Thought I was gonna die when I tried to recover for the next exercise.

and here's me failing a 182(lbs) snatch, hit 171x1 fairly easy before this

just from looking at it myself, it seems that I jumped back too far and possibly position my feet too wide/not mobile enough to easily get deep on the catch

should've easily been able to get it just from how high i pulled it but alas i continue to struggle to get positioned properly under the bar

You lose basically all the tension in your back the second you initiate the pull. Don't be so stressed, acceleration should come after you pass the knees.
Bar is to far away from legs so you kinda end up smashing it into your hip which drives the bar out from you.
You also need to keep the elbows up to make sure the bar will go straight.
You can see quite clearly that when you are in the catchposition you have no balance due to weight making you shift forward.
