but still how can a 16" bicep look like 14"

How can we really tell with a picture. Post one with a tape measure and measure that shit. That is the only way we can truely tell. Its hard to tell the difference between 2" via picture

maybe so...i think i just take sucky pics lol..anyways i lost my tape measure awhile back

but heres some pics that i measured right before taking them so i know you could compare to,
