You got a full chest nigga, unlike most people here. I'm guessing you don't have such high numbers on deadlift, grip-based exercises, etc. Your forearms need work. Biceps/triceps/traps look good.
ok nigga whatever that means. I measured by forarms 16inches pumped I do agree they can be bigger? I also appear to be taller than you so my overall frame is longer than yours. I do have high numbers on deads 530lb for one to two reps. Though my form is not the best and I am using straps belt.
You look great but you seem to be carrying over 20% bodyfat hardly any straitions or muscle hardness on your frame. Good job on hitting 20inches on arms I am aiming for 19's by early summer of 2011 and hopefully 20 plus by late 2011.
