Just before this turns into an "epic e-battle", Badgers was a strong as hell...idk if he still is since his back injury...i could be wrong, but if i'm not mistaken i think he was reping over 400? (he was on a Division I track team)

ok nigga whatever that means. I measured by forarms 16inches pumped I do agree they can be bigger? I also appear to be taller than you so my overall frame is longer than yours. I do have high numbers on deads 530lb for one to two reps. Though my form is not the best and I am using straps belt.

You look great but you seem to be carrying over 20% bodyfat hardly any straitions or muscle hardness on your frame. Good job on hitting 20inches on arms I am aiming for 19's by early summer of 2011 and hopefully 20 plus by late 2011.

Awesome but I will believe when I see it. Last time I checked back injury shouldn't be a problem when you are benching? Also what you bench in the past means nothing to me at this point we live in the NOW! Past is long gone and is just a distent memory.

I'm not trying to get into it with you or anything...I was just saying what I knew the last time he was really active on this forum. I'm not really sure as to where he stands now.

The only reason I would think his back problem would hamper is benching is becaue it would have affected all of his training as he had to get surgery, which would result in time off and loss of mass/strength, if I remember correctly.

oh dude no worries but like I said it's not the past that counts it's the present and the now.

I don't care If you bench 600 2 years ago and now you can only bench 225lb. That's just silly.

I'm understand what you're saying completely. I'm not saying a distant past either though, as in like a few months ago.

I'm no scrawn or anything, but I look up to you guys. A few of you are achieving things I will never be able to get haha.

It just bothers me how everyone has to call eachother out all the time, when you are all on your own level and own set of goals and such.
