so you should take creatine with a sugary substance and not water? And that's only regular creatine, not the formula stuff

you should take it with simple carbs.

Grape juice has the highest GI rating of all the juices out there (i thinkz)

or just add dextrose, which would be superior.

Yea, the sugar helps spike your insulin and makes it absorb better into your body.

I just started a second shift job, it's pretty physical work but not real heavy weight. The only times when i can lift are wake up early before work, or after work right before i go to sleep. I'm thinking the second is better, but what's your opinion?

No, just overall fat reduction from diet and working out.

You must take creatine with something that spikes insulin - apple or grape juice is a good choice because of the high sugar content and lack of acidity which doesn't prematurely break down the creatine. Dextrose works, but grape juice and apple juice are easiest.

Banana is fine....no acidic fruits like orange/tangerine/lemon/grapefruit etc...as this can prematurely break down the creatine....and make it completely wasted.
