Your lats take up most of your lower back not upper. Add more sets of wg pull ups, get rid of most of that other nonsense

ok, but by upper back all i mean is how the fuk can i trash my lats on optional back accessory day.
i doubt adding in a couple extra sets of different grip pullups, and taking away pendlays and db rows will be better.
