Balla actually making some gains to bad they are streight to benchpress and dumbbell curls.

not at all lol.. I do reps with 455 on deads and 405 on squats below parallel
like I've said my back/lats are actually my biggest/strongest body part lol.. legs would be if I actually trained them hard/gave a fuck

I might through up some pics soon.

Im thicker and keeping water low (about the same water as before cycle b/c of lean foods)

bi's are also filling out due to revamped training, and legs are thickening as well as back

nice work, have those oblq come in a little stronger imo for a popier look on the ab shot which you will obvly kill.

they might pull in more closser to comp day though or you may not have completely flexed them
