hey Raynor, j/w if my split has me do chest on monday and then back on tuesday and i wanted to throw in db pullovers into my workout... should i do them on chest day or the next day and do them at the end of my back day?

He squats 400 and PC's 350, but remember he's not very muscular. Oh and a DL of 500 + rofl.

Do you know anything about exercise induced asthma? I've been googling it and it seems a lot like what I have. Since I was like 5 I've played 2-3 sports at a time, and I NEVER got in better shape. I'd always get trouble breathing after like 10 seconds of running, and it's still exactly the same.... should I see my doctor about it?

I was curious if anyone had some suggestions for me. I'm about 6'5'' 170 ~ lbs. Typically i work out throughout the school year and work on a farm during the summer. The programs for weight lifting they have at my school are decent, but they dont really interest me to much. But i do have a desire to work out. Could someone help me on coming up with a lifting plan that would increase strength while adding some ( not alot ) of mass? Help would be much appreciated.

im serious about my stats and every thing else.either i was injured or i couldn't mx out any higher.....idk whats so funny.but i really tried.and im really iso answers.so flame on etc.just as long as i get my answer.

unless my coaches lied to me.which i doubt.i was starting ol right tackle varsity.then since i got faster.track=5.4 o 4.9 40 wise.i went to te.SOOOOOO yea.
