Yeah, have had friends/coaches doing it for me aswell for periods.
Learned to program based on onlineprograms, programs I've had myself and programs friends make.
Then I do have a bachelors (soon atleast) in sport psychology which helps me understand what psychological aspect to combine that with.

I mainly learned from the coach who taught me lifting, then I've been to a couple of seminars with both lifters and Eleiko and assisted the swedish OL team when they have camps here.
OL programming is alot harder imo since there can be like 6 different things that needs work in 1 lift.
