yay

How much do you guys pay for your programming? DUP seems really complicated to just throw together a program with no prior knowledge/experience.

You don't pay anything??? a guy at my old gym used to charge $50/month, not sure if that's any good or not though.

Not since november. (I did sept-nov)

50$/month is cheap depending on what you get.

His plans are pretty inclusive, you send him your numbers every week, and he adjusts your programming off that, and your sticking points.

e/ so you're getting freebies, or are you doing your own programming now?

I do all programming for free, mainly because I don't have any real education or legit experience. So I don't feel that I can actually charge money for it, even if it seems to work well.
Done regular programming for around 8 people since September.
6 powerlifters of which 4 is on national level (1 on international), then it's ladsy and another fgt
2 weightlifters
Alot more fun to program for OL :)

Friend who is coach for national team and programs for a couple lifters from other countries who competes at world charges like $100 per month iirc.

Do you also do your own programming? How'd you learn enough to start doing programming?

$100/month doesn't even sound that bad tbh.

Any books you recommend for oly programming? I'm comfortable programming for big 3 but I'm mostly throwing shots in the dark when it comes to oly programming
