Easier to grind through reps as you can engage your posterior chain more than a Front squat or a High bar squat. Better leverages. I'm 5'9 and 188 at the moment and will be competing against 200-205's.
I spit on the floor when I released my breath....like 2,5-3 meters away lulz.
