Sometimes when I go out for a run I start to feel a lot of gas buildup inside me. I might belch a couple sometimes if I slow down a bit and it is a pain the whole way through. After the run it feels like it gets worse and I need to take nasty shits after. I'm guessing I could put a lot more Banana's in my diet, but I'm not sure.

drink more water, clean up your diet, and eat less dairy and gluten prior to runs

depends. what kind of enzymes? if you are referring to the NOW! digestive enzymes product, it helps your body metabolize macros more efficiently for people who do not have enough enzymes to begin with. Only about 25-30% of people (MOSTLY hardgainers though) see results from taking these with every meal.

yeah i was talking about products similar to NOW! digestive enzymes

what would you recommend to avoid protein farts ?

see the above post for some possible solutions.

It's purely a genetic thing that gives some people this and other people not....for you it may be genetic it may not. So lets figure it out. Maybe you are taking in TOO much protein?

How many g per day or per meal are you taking in, also how much do you weight and what is your height and bf%??

for a clean bulk it seems like a solid choice. Just make sure to drink at least 16-20 oz water with every bar...in addition it seems like most of the bar is slow digesting (peanut butter, cottage cheese, oats). Because of this, the protein powder will also probably be digested fairly slow to match...and thus this bar should never be used as a PWO or meal replacement...just for snack/breakfast bar/pre-bedtime

im eating this bar @ work and i replaced one of my meals with it.. cuz i just can't make food at work ^^ maybe you some faster absorbin protein bar recipe?

hmm...if you are using this as a pure meal replacement, then I'd highly recommend eating this within 2 hours of your previous meal. If you have gone 3+ hours since your last meal and eat this you will not give the body a fast track of nutrients as required. So if you can't alter the timing properly, then you would probably need to trade out for a better bar...and in the case of fast acting proteins...whey and egg are the best....slam a 25-30g shake and 15-20 minutes later follow up with a bag of mixed nuts or granola or something equivalent.

130g PER DAY?????

that's it???

also if you are 6'1 155 lbs you are not 10% bf...there is NO way unless you have the smallest frame and bone structure possible for a man of your height.

You need to be taking in approximately 200-250g protein per day on a bulking cycle for your height. I'm assuming your problem is coming from gluten...not protein. Try to kick gluten to the curb and stick to gluten free carbs (quick google search for this) and see if your condition improves. Also increase water intake.

hey i think i burst a blood vessel in my right pointer finger

the "middle 'section'" of my pointer finger got a bit swollen and it hurt a bit to bend it
now ive slept and the discomfort has died down a bit with the swelling

i havent noticed any noticable bruising, though it would be on the underside of my finger right where the swelling was

can i lift weights today? I physically will be able to without pain i am guessing, just dont want to send a blood clot to my heart or some shit

Yeah, that's the snag I've been running into. Essentially I want to lean out a bit right now anyway towards the 235-240 range so prepping for the triathlon is more important.
