Some cheesey warmup then

A Partner WOD.
5minute AMRAP
45lb Plate Overhead walking lunge 30m while the other partner does max Wallballs. Once the 30m is complete, switch off.
We ended up getting 99 wallballs.

3 Minute rest

5minute AMRAP
15 Burpees, while the other partner does max 30' Box jumps. Once the 15 burpees, switch off and continue.
66 box jumps or something? Can't remember

3 Minute rest

5minute AMRAP
200m run, while the other parter does max 1.5pood Kettlebells swings.
We got 113 or 117 around there.

Awesome workout with a ton of close friends, it was an awesome class.

Damn you did Murph in 41? ur a beast best someone got in my class was 50:37 , I did it in 56:48 i was happy with that though one of my longest workouts

For the 10 rounds we were like 23:40 or something, i was working with a relatively new guy so he got crushed with this because he didn't have much rest time haha. Poor guy. Fun workout though.

Haven't posted shit from the last month. Just haven't cared enough to log on. Been busy out and about camping and having fun for the summer. I've missed posting a ton of workouts but going to make an effort to keep my shit updated.

A. EMOTM for 15 minutes, every 90seconds increasing load of behind the neck split jerk.
10 sets in total.
Went 135, 155, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235(Failed), 235(failed). Felt awkward today.

B.5 sets strict press, not for time but finish quickly enough for C.
5 @ 80% , 110lbs
4 @ 85%, 120lbs
3 @ 90%, 130lbs
2 @ 95%, 135lbs
1 @ 100%, 140lbs. (Felt easy ish. Haven't done 1RM press in a while.)

C. 4 rounds, running clock.
Complete every 6 minutes
400m run
10 Kb snatches @ 75lbs
20 ring dips
400m run.
Whatever time left over is rest, if you do not complete the above in 6minutes, just continue on for 4 rounds.
Did the first 2 rounds under 6minutes, last 2 were just a paced workout. Sucked.

45minute time cap. (For today)

1.300m Row
2. 2 snatches @ 135lbs
3. 3 Thrusters @ 135lbs
4. 4 Muscle ups
5. 5 Burpees
6. 6 Toe to Bars
7. 7 Chest to Bar pullups
8. 8 Kettlebell swings @ 73lbs
9. 9 Box jumps @ 30'
10. 10 Handstand Pushups
11. 11 Ground to overhead @ 135lbs
12. 12 Manmakers @ 45lbs.

Start at 1. Then 2, 1. Then 3, 2, 1 etc etc up until you hit 12 and work your way down. Only finished the set of 10 in the timecap. I spent too long on the muscle ups.

Went and ate a ton of sushi, came back an hour later and did some overhead squats. PR'd at 225lbs. Got a video of it but it's super blurry.

A. Every 90 seconds, increasing weight cleans for 15 min. (10 sets)
Started at 135lbs, ended at 235lbs which felt easy

B. Every minute on the minute, 1 Backsquat @ 40%, 50%, 6%0, 65%, 70% of 1RM.
Then every 2 minutes, 1 backsquat @ 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 101%

Ended at 350lbs which was a 5lb PR. =) Felt awesome.

C. 6 Minute AMRAP
10 over the box burpees.
15 Deadlifts @ 225lbs
20 Pullups
25 Wallballs @ 30lbs
30 double unders.

4 Minute rest and do it again.

Got 1 round and 8 burpee box overs and then 1 round and 1 burpee box over. Ugh.

3m run (Actually 5k)

Finished just under 50. Our run was entirely up hill, calves cramped up super bad and tightened my back to all hell, didnt stretch nearly enough.

Fun workout though
