not a personal attack man. You just don't have any actual experience with heavier weight. I would prefer to trim my callous instead of having a gaping hole in my hand after every deadlift session. If i dont trim them along with many other lifters it rips every time.

1x315, new pr of mine. got the one and didnt even try a second one, but was pretty tired and thought it was good enough. all in all i did the following:

5x135
5x225
5x275
5x295
1x315
1x275 (was gonna go for 5 here but ya, got the first one and was tired so said fuck it lol)

well just started about 3 weeks ago, so for now im keeping lower weighted deads in there to continue to work and focus the form. what should i be doing? i want to get into a normal rhythm with these next week

lol maybe next week ill toss more weight on. but im still new at this so thought that was a good place to stop for the day

do you have a routine im asking why you chose those weights to train with and those rep ranges to train with.

well i want to do 5x5 for strength with the deads. just trying to find out where i stand weight wise with them. the weights ive used so far are just me figuring out what i can and cannot do at the moment. if you have input on a better weight scheme lmk

oh and did my second video post? it doesnt look right on my screen

if you are going to do 5X5 just do what the program prescribes you. they way you are setting up right now is not training effeciently
