whats the deal with soy protein..

any real link between consuming soy and "bitch tits"?

Everyone beat me to it. Soy in MODERATE doses will not hurt...but same goes for virtually anything. I would NEVER recommend soy protein to any MALE looking to gain muscle mass and avoid estrogenic effects. Soy unfortunately does increase estrogen in the body. Soy, however, is an excellent choice of protein supplement for women and the elderly.

lol I don't have to justify myself to you. Look at my pictures, and believe whatever you want.

I am actually quite insulted that you come into my thread here - where I help people out for free...giving tons of my time to improve people's lives...and disrespect me.

ANSWER:

Hey there -

given your age....there are three options.

1. Do everything your currently doing now, but add about 2 hours of intense exercise a day.

2. Change your diet all together....including limiting carbohydrates, increasing protein intake, eliminating sugars and simple carbs....no fast food, eating every 2-3 hours, ice water and diet soda or juice ONLY, etc.

3. DO BOTH. If you get at least 1 solid hour of good vigorous exercise each day as well as modify your diet you will see a lot of loss as well.

The best idea is the following.

-get at least 1 hour of intense exercise 5 days a week (minimum)
-eat 1g of complex carbs per pound of bodyweight a day (whole grains/fruits/veggies)
-eat 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight a day (lean meats like chicken/turkey/tuna/fish/eggs, etc)
-eat at least 60g good fats like fish, avocados, olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, etc. each day
-no fast foods, no frozen foods, no processed foods
-no soda, only drink ice water/diet soda/100% natural juice - but stick to 90% water.
-eat every 2-3 hours without fail (small meals)
-DO NOT EAT ANY CARBS 3-4 hours before bed
-do not eat sugar except from fruit!

thats it! thats all you need to get into great shape at your age and in your current circumstances.

animal pump is a good product...and whey protein is essential. I would definitely reccomend this...but also get creatine and multivitamins.

will buy the animal pak/whey set together n also buy animal pump
I believe pump has creatine in it though so its not essential to have

the creatine from pills is useless...you have to get it from a powder mixed with water or grape or apple juice (preferably the juice) for proper delivery.

The body decides how it will distribute the fat over your body, all you can do to get rid of love-handles is to reduce your total bodyfat.

Why is it useless?
I know it takes longer to absorb, but I wouldn't say it's useless.

Peachie is right =) you have to lose fat all around to get rid of the love handles.

Creatine in the form of pills....(monohydrate or micronized) in the form of pills is not digested properly because it is not mixed with sugar and it can not be aborbed prior to the stomach acid breaking down and destroying the creatine.

Kre-alkalyn is the only creatine in pill form that doesn't have this problem.

When you mix creatine monohydrate with grape juice or apple juice, it causes insulin to rise in the body after consumption, the insulin production makes the muscles extremely susceptible for nutrient uptake. This immediately sends creatine to the muscles and helps bypass as much digestive enzymes as possible - thus maximizing the effects of creatine.
