yeah then i got injured.
i probably missed more leg days last year then i had em.
also i only did maybne 10-15 deadlift days ever last year.
its a rough life having back problems.
I stopped competing for a whole year June 2014 to June 2015 because of numbing in my left foot. I had nerve compression and a lot of pain for a few months. I made most of my gains post injury!
