I stopped competing for a whole year June 2014 to June 2015 because of numbing in my left foot. I had nerve compression and a lot of pain for a few months. I made most of my gains post injury! :D

never tried sleeves idk what they do or how they aid.

on my Instagram there's a video I just posted banging out 405 for 4 squats.

Tight ones, like SBD, would add a minimal amount. Regular fitted ones may add a few pounds at the most.

When my sbd's were brand new it took me 30 mins and a ton of claustrophobia to put em on, but they added a good 15-20lbs to my squat. Now they're all stretched out and add maaaaybe 5lbs

I use Large and put them both in 15 seconds lulz :P

Do you have smaller ones for competition? I have extra smalls LOL they take under a minute to put on now though.

Fuk I wanted the old sbd singlet, but nowhere has em anymore :( ISO next sluttiest ipf certified singlet.
e/ I'll prolly go with titan.
