yeah then i got injured.
i probably missed more leg days last year then i had em.

also i only did maybne 10-15 deadlift days ever last year.


its a rough life having back problems.

This is raw bruh, its a singlet not a squat suit lol

IIRC you did yours in wraps

I always did mire your deadlifts tho. With straps tho ayyyyylmao

i mean no belt no wraps.

i havent used a belt or wraps since that video of my 455 squat lol.
