2lbs is definitely too much though.. aim for like 2 lbs a month maybe haha

Meant 5 weeks bros, my bad. I dont feel like i'm putting in a ton of fat and i look fairly lean still. Wanting to bulk to around 185 then cut. Opinions?

185 is a fine goal.. just slow it down.. maybe keep your cals the same but add cardio a few days a week and that should slow it down quite a bit.

Yes i agree, i havent been doing any cardio because my knees are wrecked. I have aklyosis spondilitus, might have to get on steroids for it.
