185 is a fine goal.. just slow it down.. maybe keep your cals the same but add cardio a few days a week and that should slow it down quite a bit.
Yes i agree, i havent been doing any cardio because my knees are wrecked. I have aklyosis spondilitus, might have to get on steroids for it.
