u skwaat barefoot/in flats right? R u competing in the ipf and do u have trouble hitting depth without heels?

my shoes were stolen, so i've been squatting in flats, it feels pretty good but I can't hit depth without a huge butt wink, and it actually hurts my back.

I squat in heeled shoes now as of about a month ago

Never had problems with depth with flat shoes apart from my 3rd squat at 227.5 being called high

High bar or low bar? Might have to get more forward lean

I squat low bar, and I'm pretty upright when I do it. Fuking hell 227.5kg squat....
