well for someone that's been lifting this long
deadlifting over 400, barbell rowing 225-275 for reps, db rowing 115s for reps etc and i've never used straps
and true for biceps i do curls..on back day like i said i do heavy rows, pull ups, chins etc
but at the traps, in that pose im literally like puffing my chest up and drawing my traps downward, like you would if you were doing a lat spread, that's why they look so small(srs)
not saying i have big traps when i really flex them cause they're not great but they're def there
Well I've yet to see you barbell rowing 275 for 1. And if you REAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLY don't lie (and seriously why the fuck would you be lying since it just doesnt help you) then you have serious issues with range of motion or you think you're not lying but your form is way off.
And no matter how much we argue, I SEE the results on your body and I know what you're doing wrong. It's one or the other.
I don't care about a 400 DL 1rm, there's alot more to it to build traps. Anyway. I'm just pointing out what I see.
