Well...look at your arms man. Your forearms prove you're not exactly using heavy weights. Your biceps are biceps of someone who's doing almost only curls. You have the triceps of someone doing dips (at least). No traps (they're not small, they're not there, no offense. But I had those traps at 14 years old)
From a profressionnal point of view, if you came into my office, you'd be doing heavy compounds for nearly a year to try and rebalance everything.
i do use some heavy weights though

well for someone that's been lifting this long
deadlifting over 400, barbell rowing 225-275 for reps, db rowing 115s for reps etc and i've never used straps
and true for biceps i do curls..on back day like i said i do heavy rows, pull ups, chins etc
but at the traps, in that pose im literally like puffing my chest up and drawing my traps downward, like you would if you were doing a lat spread, that's why they look so small(srs)
not saying i have big traps when i really flex them cause they're not great but they're def there
