6 days a week mostly. On a 6 weeks training bloc I do 4-6-6-6-6-3 (4 for intro week and 3 for the test week). Btw It was 265 bench m8. I'm not on Orakpo bench level yet.

No life hacks lol :P

Hard work, consistency, caring about form/setup/mobility (injury prevention + helps to build neural efficiency), good programming -> starting light, building momentum, high frenquency/specificity, working on weaknesses and using multiple tools like amraps, conservative singles, etc

They must not care about their weight hehe. My weight-in in November was late it was supposed to be at like 10 and I weighted-in at 12h30 because there was a lot of lifters and 83 kgs was the last weight class of Day 1. I think I took a shake and a banana at like 10h30 and I kept going to the bathroom and that's why I was 179 instead of 182-183.
