I've been on a custom program for the last month to get my bench and DL up and i'm so pleased with the results so far. Lifts pretty much skyrocket

Squat before: 295x3
after: 335x3

Paused bench before: 145x3
after: 175x3

DL before: 275x3
after: 315x3

BB OHP before: 95x5
after: 125x5

Failed two PRs going for 300.... gonna get back to basics doing 5x5s at 225 or a bit higher when girls are around.

Been drinking quite alot today.
Decided to go do DL workout anyways cuz #whiskeyanddeadlifts
180 / 397 - 3x5
220 / 485 - 3x3, first set dead start, second and third set tng with straps.
