And no I've been quite open with how long I've lifted. It's been 3 years basically exactly since I've started lifting. I've had to take off ~11 months for sports in long breaks though which is why I (accurately) say right around 2 years of lifting now, maybe a tad over
but you still lift somewhat during basketball season, you were still posting here frequently.
just the time spent wasnt optimal doesnt mean it doesnt count as part of your lifting regimen

thats like me saying the months it takes me to diet for prep dont even count because they're far less optimal than if I wasnt prepping for a competition.
