No and I don't know how to answer the question of getting a big chest? That's simple, I just misinterpreted what he said. You on the other hand have been on here for years and didn't know the macro's behind protein/carbs/fat..

stronger
and look better...

not knowing my macro break down didn't hold me back from.accomplishing all of that.

I dont click diet threads... don't read diet nutrition mainly because
I've never done it nor cared to.

somehow shanes been lifting for only a year for the last 4 years.
and doesn't like to admit it.

for 1rep I can probably 450/415 d/s (maybe more)
my reps are weaker though.

backs still acting up but none the less I've been getting stronger.
gonna keep up with this dc training then switch to 5/3/1 I think.

I thought dc training was like a super long program? Like supposed to be over a year?

I couldnt do it. Stretching that much is boring as fark

5/3/1 is a longer program too
based on month/month progression

its progression..
every week I'm stronger.

but I really like the training style..
one set basically per body part.

its fun and easier for me
