TBH i don't go above 55 LBS now, I get greater results with higher reps on flyes. I think I could only rep like 8 with the 70s back then. My form has also improved over time, but I know it was decent back then. And yes, never wanna lock out your elbows at the top, or even really lose the same amount of bend as at the bottom of the movement.

then I recently switched to twisting them inward at the top of the motion to stimulate my chest more.. can't do as much weight

Damn still impressive tho. Keep at it and your chest will be very massive.
